Just some information about the first 2015 round coming up on Saturday February 21st, 2015. This is a double points round run over the 1/8th mile, on Southcoast Raceways recently extended concrete surface.

For those that haven’t raced at Portland before, you will be in for a treat as the Air and Track are always a good recipe for record runs (FAST), and your typical country hospitality. Its on the Oceans edge, plenty of accommodation in town and great places to eat all around town. Camping is allowed at the track on the Friday night – just make the track aware of your intentions.

The track will be available to all APSA competitors to make a pass on Friday Night if you wish to do so. Entries will be going on line next week, and we encourage everyone to do so as early as possible to allow the team to make the required preparations (http://www.southcoastraceway.com/).

Also as a new 2015 offer, our official transport Partner ” Five Star Transport” is offering all APSA Financial members 20% discount on transport to this round if you want to have your race car transported to the track on air bags in style….. Just speak to Frank Mamone or any one of his team at:http://www.fivestartransport.com.au/ as the have the capacity to transport up to 10 cars in one transporter.

Thanks Frank, thanks Portland, and thanks to all our members in advance.

Please pass the message around and see you all there!!!! PS: the remaining dates are very close to being confirmed and will be good for all!

    Pete.
